Q: Is there anything I need to do to my home prior to pest control treatment?

A: Your technician will advise you before treatment begins if there is anything you need to do to prepare your home or property.

Q: Can I be at home during treatment or do I need to leave?

A: Your technician will advise you before they arrive if you need to prepare your property for treatment and if you will have to leave.

Q: When I call your office with a pest problem, how fast can you respond with treatment?

A: We try our best to meet our clients’ needs efficiently and effectively. Even in our peak months, we can usually have help on the way on the same day or as discussed over the phone. Remember, good service providers are often busy, but our company policy is designed for quick response times.

Q: Do I have to empty my cupboards before the interior of my house is sprayed or treated?

A: No, every problem has their own preparation procedures, and we will explain these procedures depending on the pest problem.

Q: What is an “IPM”?

A: Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is the practice of using improved sanitation, exclusion, cultural controls, habitat manipulation, trapping and targeted pesticide application to control or reduce pest problems. In other words, we will use pesticides as one of many tools, including the knowledge and common sense practices to prevent pests.

Q: Do you require a long-term contract for residential service?

A: No, we do not require a long-term contract. We customize the work order for each individual specific need. We offer as-needed services as well as monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly service plans. We feel that if you are benefiting from our maintenance service that you will remain an active customer.

Q: What is the cost of your service?

A: Gilles Lambert Pest Control Service always believes in providing the best quality service, our main goal is to give our customer a customized and well-organized plan. Our inspection team will inspect your home or property and surroundings and will discuss pricing or give a standard quote over the phone.
