ADOLPHE, MB: Gilles Lambert Pest Control, Winnipeg’s largest and most innovative locally-owned pest control company, has hired three team members this spring—two pest control technicians and a young family staff member who is the latest to join the ranks of the family-owned business. The demand for quality pest control services in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas has Gilles Lambert Pest Control expanding and growing just to keep up.
Founded in 2004, Gilles Lambert Pest Control began as a one-man operation based on the desire to overcome challenges and help the community. Due to skillful service and dedicated customer interactions, the company grew quickly and today has nine service vehicles, twelve technical field experts, two customer service representatives, and one accounting manager. Gilles Lambert Pest Control serves Winnipeg and surrounding communities year-round. Its services include residential pest control, commercial pest control, and industrial pest control.
This spring, Gilles Lambert Pest Control hired three new employees. The first, Noah, is adding truck number eight to the Gilles Lambert fleet and will be servicing Winnipeg and nearby communities. The second, Patricia, brings her personable charm and exceptional service quality to her career as a pest control technician. She will be adding truck number nine to the Gilles Lambert fleet and will be servicing southern and southwestern Manitoba communities, including Morris, Altona, Winkler, Morden, Carmen, Portage La Prairie, and more.
The third hire is Brie Lambert, following in the footsteps of her older siblings, Joelle and Teo, who have also joined the family business. Now that Brie can drive, she is ready to take on a variety of different roles, including picking up and delivering stock to the technicians, helping out in the shop, and providing vacation relief in the office.
Gilles Lambert, the owner of Gilles Lambert Pest Control, feels that his new hires speak to client demand for more of a good thing as well as to the family values that are central to his company. “Three new staff members in such a short period of time is proof that quality of service and word of mouth creates growth,” he said. “And with growth comes the need to add quality staff.
